Francesca is an award-winning wobbly comedian, author, playwright and activist. She has performed at theatres around the world and has made numerous appearances on TV shows such as BBC1's Live At The Apollo, Extras and Question Time. Her debut play All of Us opened at the National Theatre in 2021. Most importantly, she loves trees even more than salted caramel chocolate.
Ros has over 20 years’ experience working in the not for profit sector working for both large and small UK based charities and International NGOs. Now a part time Fundraising Consultant, she advises on fundraising, communications and governance for non profit organisations and is a mentor for junior fundraisers. She is a member of the IoF (Int Adv Dip) & SCC. Ros is a keen walker and enjoys spending regular activity holidays in the mountains.
Alex has over 30 years experience as a business manager across many sectors, including Music, Film, Publishing and Fashion. As Co-founder and CEO of The Vampire’s Wife, she grew the business from concept to £3m turnover. Alex has worked with many industry leaders - all of the novelists, musicians, filmmakers & designers she has worked with are renowned for their creative style.
John is a consultant in organisational, brand and communication strategy, campaigning, fundraising and integration. John spent over 25 years working at the highest level with some of the UK’s leading not for profit, public and private sector organisations, including NSPCC, RSPCA, The Body Shop. As a consultant his work has spanned charities across the sector in terms of size, scope and subject matter.
Solange’s work explores the rhythms of cityscape and landscape in energising mixed media work. Currently engaged in an MA in Sustainable Design, she is concerned with issues of density, urban and natural environments, migration and the urgency of the current climate, social, political and energy crisis. Her passion and determination to just, fair and sustainable futures has driven her support for FWF.
Miranda Fleming is an award winning Producer and she has worked in the UK Film Industry for 15 years as a Producer and Executive. In her role at Screen South/UK Film Council she Executive Produced over 30 short films and 20 Feature films. Miranda has spent the last year working as an Impact Producer for Together Films producing several US and UK impact campaigns including Battleground, To The End and Fashion Reimagined which all premiered at Tribeca Film Festival 2022.
Howard works for a community-owned renewable energy revolution. He has founded and led an award winning solar business, a pioneering community-owned energy company and written a guide book to help others to do the same (Energy Revolution). Howard has campaigned on energy and climate issues from treehouses to parliament – and everywhere in between.
Declan is a successful entrepreneur, founding two advertising businesses, Fetch and AdConnection. Having exited from these ventures, he now dedicates part of his time to assisting non-profit organisations like Forest without Frontiers. With his expertise in business matters, he advises on effectively navigating the unique challenges of the non-profit sector. Declan is committed to making a lasting, positive impact on non-profit organizations dedicated to making a difference.
